As stated in the previous paragraph, please make sure you really want and love your item as all sales are final. A lot of the items on this site are hand made so check product turnaround time or delivery time! For any custom orders you aren't sure about feel free to contact me using the contact form in the contact section. I try to reply to emails within 24 hours but it may be a bit longer depending how busy I am, please do not send multiple emails as it will just cause confusion, I will work through them in order.
Estimated shipping times:
UK - Up to 5 working days unless stated as made to order on the item listing
USA - Up to 10 working days unless stated as made to order on the item listing
Europe - Up to 7 working days unless stated as made to order on the item listing
Australia, Canada, New Zealand and Oceania - Up to 10 working days unless stated as made to order on the item listing

Your order will be sent without an invoice, your web payment is your invoice so no need to worry about awkard moments!
Unfortunately due to the nature of hand made products items are none refundable. Please make sure you really love your item before you buy as all sales are final!
Clothing sizes can be swapped but must be returned by recorded delivery within 7 working days from the date delivery was signed for. Please use the contact form for a return address! Thanks!
